The brief
Lit started the year with two fast-food branches and a plan to grow. The work was awareness and recall in each city, plus messaging campaigns to drive delivery orders.
What I did
Campaigns ran city by city with offers tailored to each location. Reach campaigns built familiarity, engagement campaigns like the "7 Days" promotions kept the brand in people's feeds at very low cost, and messaging campaigns turned that attention into orders through WhatsApp and Messenger. Budget followed the cities and offers that converted.
Results
7.15 million people reached and 28.65 million impressions over the year. 363,179 engagements on the content campaign, 24,227 on the 7 Days Multan campaign at Rs0.04 each, and 797 messaging conversions across Islamabad and the other cities. By the end of the year Lit had five branches.
In short
Consistent, city-specific campaigns at very low cost per engagement supported a chain growing from two branches to five in twelve months.
